Open Chess Game Play: All ages and skill-levels welcome!

When: Every Tuesday evening 7:15 pm - 11pm (or so) * * * * * Where: Aurora Turners Club, 1335 Mitchell Rd., in the Banquet Hall, downstairs.

This is just north of Indian Trail, in Aurora, east of Lake Street, west of Farnsworth.

ANCC is affiliated with the US Chess Federation and the Illinois Chess Association.

NO CHESS TUESDAY 10 April

I am sad to announce there will be no chess this upcoming Tuesday, 10 April. 

An interview opportunity presented itself in the last couple days which prevents me from being present at Turners this Tuesday to host ANCC.  While I am sad missing another great night of chess and comradeship, ANCC was not able to use the downstairs banquet facilities this night anyway, due to it being utilized by a paying party.  

So, our night of chess 'almost' under the stars (we would have played under a pavilion by the softball field)  will have to wait until a future time.

We will hold ANCC the following week, on 17 April.  See you then!!
